_EDIT is the San Francisco-based practice of principals Roman Rettner and James Skelton. The partnership first started collaborating on a range of residential projects in 2004. The firm now has a portfolio of work ranging from single and multi-family residential, mixed-use development and retail. All of the projects we undertake share an attention to detail and material at both the large and small scale and a thorough engagement of the clients and stakeholders involved. Drawn from a commitment to pragmatism, sustainability and an appreciation of nature, we strive to create buildings that have a connection to their built and natural environments.
